This setting is used to set the targets for each employee across various module which can be later monitored in CXO Dashboards. This dashboard will definitely give you an insight about your organizations and employees current situation.
As the grid shows the targets set for the representative for the Enquiry Module and he/she should reach at-least 100 Enquiries with Amount equal or greater than 15,00,000/-. Similarly, you can add more targets for the employees.
Here, you can set the values each type of Modules like – Enquiry, Quotation, Sales and Calling i.e. Tele-Calling. Set the Monthly target for count and amount for the representative.
