Ticket Insight Dashboard is useful to view the status of Tickets that are logged into the system and the progress that are taking place wrt tickets.
So, the data that is available in the Ticket module, will display the data inform of pie charts, bar graphs bifurcating the data for better understanding.
Moving further, the data is further aggregated based on the user who have attended the Ticket and later it bifurcated based on Status of Open and closed. Each bar-graph represents the count of tickets open/closed by the users/employees.
Lastly, it display the records, which were resolved and those which are pending due to some dependencies or the work might be in progress. Each rows are clickable and they will open respective tickets where you can view additional details.
