Inactive users are the ex-employees/ex-users in the system, when an employee leaves the organization he should not be able to login to the system. However, data added by this user should remain intact and reports/MIS should also be maintained. In such cases, Nafhaa offers a feature to make the user Inactive so the user can have only historical data and this user will create no new records.
