• Representativewise Enquiry Statistics: In this report user can view representativewise statistics. Representative filter is given in this dialog.
• Mediawise Enquiry: It will display the statistics w.r.t. media i.e. Source.
• Productwise enquiry: This report displays productswise enquiries in given date range
• Divisionwise enquiry: This report displays productswise enquiries in given date range
• Lost Reasons: This report displays lost reasonwise enquiry counts in given date range.
• Representativewise Lost Reasons: This report displays lost reasonwise enquiry counts in given date range with representative filter.
• Won Reasons: This report displays won reasonwise enquiry counts in given date range.
• Representativewise Won Reasons: This report displays lost reasonwise enquiry counts in given date range with representative filter.
• Representativewise Won-Loss Analysis: This report shows representativewise count of Won and Lost enquiries.
• Customerwise followup: It displays followup details in given date range for selected contact(i.e. customer)
