This page is customer facing where the registered customers will be able to lodge complaints regarding the products purchased.
The URL for this page will like : <customerportal>/support. Here, <customerportal> will be replaced by actual portal name provided by Nafhaa Team.
Customer will specify his/her registered phone number and validate oneself. Validation can be done using Captcha or OTP (will need SMS Pack and feature enabled in setting). Once validated, customer will able to lodge complaint.
Customer will fill all the relevant details about the products and select the complaint type. Further more, priority can be set based on importance of issue.
Later, customer can come back and view the status using same method of validation.
