Audit Log is an important Administrative point to track the changes done on all the records that added to the portal. Each modifications are recorded here so that it can be tracked easily.
As you see here, all the records are tracked and tagged based on activity done by the user right from the module to IP Address (Please note that sometime IP Address might differ from you actual address and this could happen if you are behind a firewall or if you are working via VPN). The report can be exported to PDF and Excel sheet for further analysis.
When you click the Edit button on the Grid a similar kind of page will be presented which will have detailed information about the activity performed by the user. Moreover, if you scroll down the page differences will be marked in green and red for better understanding of the changes done to the records.
