It is a Read-only module. It will contain all the Token generated by JIVARS System if you have enabled it on you portal. JIVARS is Just In View, Approve or Reject System which allows you to approve, reject or view the records directly from the Email.
As you can see here, there are lots of Tokens generated and list is pretty much self explanatory. If you go and edit a records which you cant do actually but you can view it. It may look like as shown below.
