This setting is used to configure you SMS Gateway using which your SMSs will sent. But, before using this feature, you will need to enroll with one of the service providers supported.
As you can see the image above we have shown the Grid, here you cannot add more than one SMS Gateway. Below is the dialog where you can specify the details received from the service provider. Fields can change based on the service provider you are going to use. Currently, Nafhaa Platform supports – TrioBash, Tekhook, Prantec, Datagen and Twilio. If you are using some other provider other than one specified here you can communicate with the Support Team how we can accommodate your service provider with Nafhaa Platform.
This configuration will be used by Nafhaa Platform to send SMS to Customer, run SMS Campaigns if any.
