For whatsapp integration in Nafhaa, it needs to configure either Gupshup or Twilio. This section explains GupShup. This can be done using following screen:
As shown in above screen, after registration on Gupshup, it generates API Key. Application name, registered phone no. and API Key need to fill in above screen.
Twilio
For WhatsApp integration Twilio is another option. Following screen is used for Twilio configuration:

As mentioned in above screen, first needs to register n Twilio portal. After that authenticated token will be generated. This registered Application name, token, account Id and registered phone number need to configure in above screen.
