Task Settings can be accessed by going into Settings menu.
- Enable Progress in Tasks – This will enable Progress field in Task, where the user will be able to add the progress made for the assigned task. This will reflect on Task Progress report.
- Enable Contact in Task – This will allow the user to select the Contact for the task.
- Enable Attachment in Task – This will enable and allow the user to use and upload files in attachment field.
- Enable Test Case in Tasks – This will enable user to add test cases used to perform QA for the task assigned to QA team.
- Make Stage Compulsory in Tasks – Enabling this will mark Stage as compulsory field and user will have to select the same, else you may safely ignore the field.
- Enable Auto Email in Task – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the stakeholder selected for the task.
- Enable Auto SMS in Task – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send SMS to all the stakeholder selected for the task. Make sure you have configured the SMS module with a valid SMS Package.
- Enable Auto Email Update in Tasks – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the stakeholder selected for the task when there is an update to the task record.
- Hide Expected Actual Time and Expected Time in Task – Enabling this will hide the respective fields from the Task page. You can use this setting, if you are tasks are not time-bound.
- Hide Expected Start Date In Tasks – Enabling this will hide the specified filed from Task Page.
- Hide Expected End Date In Tasks – Enabling this will hide the specified filed from Task Page.
- Enable Notes in Task – This will allow the user to use the Notes sub-section, where they will be allowed to add additional details and attachments related to tasks.

- Enable Bugs Section in Tasks – Enabling this will allow the user to add Bugs to the tasks which being tested by QA team.
- Enable Auto Email after Task Completion in Task – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the stakeholder selected for the task when there is an update to the task record and it is marked as closed.
- Enable Auto SMS after Task Completion in Task – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the stakeholder selected for the task when there is an update to the task record and it is marked as closed.
- Enable Testing Time in Task – This will enable Testing time field in Task where the user will be able to specify the time required to perform QA on the specific task.
- Enable Sub-Contact in Task – Enabling this will allow the user to select Sub-contact or Contact person from the drop-down. It will only populate those which are associated with primary contact. If main contact is disabled then this settings is of no use.
- Enable Closed Mail Button in Task – Enabling this will add a new button to toolbar which will allow the user to send Mail regarding the task when it is closed.
- Enable Task Transfer – Enabling this will add new field to Task which will allow users to perform task transfer and a tab which will allow the transfers done.
- Enable Email when Transferred to Changes – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the stakeholder selected for the task when there is transfer of tasks.
- Enable Extra Attachment Task – Enabling this will add additional fields in Task module for uploading of files.
- Enable Multiple Projects in Tasks – Enabling this will add a tab to assign multiple projects to a single task.
- Enable Tester in Task – Enabling this will add field in Task which will allow user to select user tester.
- Enable Department in Task – This will enable Department field which will allow users to select department.
- Make Department Compulsory in Task – Enabling this will make Department Compulsory. This will be valid when its parent setting is enabled.
- Enable Email to Multi-Assignee in Task – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the stakeholder selected for the task.
- Enable Rewards in Task – Enabling this will allow user to assign rewards when a task is done or not completed.
- Points for Task – User will have to specify the points when the task is done.
- Negative Points for Task – User will have to specify the points when the task is not completed.
- Enable Auto Mail to Tester in Task – Enabling this will instruct the Nafhaa system to send mails to all the QA stakeholder selected for the task for testing.
- Make Milestone Compulsory in Task – Enabling this will make Milestone field compulsory in task.
- Enable View To All in Tasks – his will provide a new switch in Tasks, where user can turn ON/OFF the setting for individual record of entry. Once, enabled, the marked the record will be visible to all the user, irrespective of the hierarchy level.
