Scheduler Settings contain important settings which will enable Nafhaa platform to automate certain activities.
- Enable Auto Mail for Payment Followups – This will enable the Scheduler to start sending follow-up emails regarding the payments to you clients/customer which are still pending.
- Enable Sending of Outstanding Report as PDF to Customer on Weekly basis – This will enable Scheduler to start sending the Outstanding Reports of the customers in form of PDF on Weekly basis. This will contain all the information related to Outstanding bills and Invoices.
- Enable Scheduler for Enquiry, Sales and Quotation – This will enable a common Scheduler for Enquiry, Sales and Quotation.
- Enable Scheduler for Task – This will enable Scheduler for Tasks which will look after the escalations and re-assignment of the tasks which are not attended by any employees.
- Enable Notification Scheduler – This will enable Google Notifications on hand held devices and other devices which are eligible to receive notifications. Notifications will be received based on the Scheduler activities.
- Enable Outstanding Details on WhatsApp – This will enable Scheduler to start sending the Outstanding Reports of the customers on their What’s App number. Make sure you have enabled Gupshup or Twilio Integrations before using this feature.
- Enable Send Mail to Vendors Sales Report – This will enable Scheduler to start sending Sales Reports to respective vendor if some entries are pending.
- Enable Escalation Scheduler for Modules – This will enable Scheduler which will be used as Escalator for the records or entries which are unattended by the employees.
- Enable Escalation Scheduler for Leads – This will enable Scheduler which will be used as Escalator for the records or entries of leads which are unattended by the employees.
- Enable Auto Mail for Sales Subscription – This will enable Scheduler to start sending Sales subscription to respective entities as a part of notification.
- Enable Auto Mail for SLA Scheduler – Enabling this will allow the Nafhaa Scheduler to continuously monitor the Tickets, Enquiry, Quotation etc which are connected with SLA. Based on SLA, automated mails which will be triggered.
- Enable Telecalling Automator Scheduler – This will enable Scheduler to automate the Telecalling assignment to the employees based on the rules specified in the Telecalling Automator module.
