Nafhaa Platform has its own messaging tool using which the user can communicate instantly with another user. The admin can view the chat that happen between users. The Grid show the details like when the message was sent what was the content of the message, whether it was read or not and if it is read then what is the time. Moreover, you can filter the records using the filter provided. It is up to the organization’s privacy policy whether or not the Admin can view the details of the chats.
