“HOW TO DELETE USER”
CAUSE :
HOW TO DELETE YOUR USER IF HE IS NO MORE IN SYSTEM OR YOU WANT TO DELE YOUR NON OPERATIONAL USER BUT YOU ASSIGNED THE SOME DATA TO THAT USER
RESOLUTION :
THIS IS A CRITICAL PART IN OUR SO PLEASE DO FOLLOW BELOW MENTIONED STEPS CAREFULLY:
1>FIRST OF ALL WITH THE HELP OF BULK TRANSFER ASSIGN OR TRANSFER DATA OF THAT USER THAT YOU WANT TO DELETE FROOM EACH MODULE OR FROM THE MODULE IN WHICH USER WAS DOING THEWIR DAY TO DAY WORK FOR REF. PLEASE FIND BELOW SNAPSHOTS:
2>AFTER TRANSFERRING THE USER DATA USING BULK TRANSFER GO TO USER MANAGEMENT SELECT THE USER THAT YOU WANT TO DELETE AND DELETE THE USER
3>WHILE DELETING THE USER IF YOU FOUND SOME ALERT SHOWN IN BELOW SNAPSHOTS THEN TRY TO DELETE OR TRANSFER THAT USER DATA FROM GIVEN MODULE WHICH IS WRITTEN IN dbo.tablename FROM WHICH YOU WERE ABLE TO FIND THE TABLE OR MODULE NAME FROM WHICH YOU WANT TO TRANSFER THAT USER DATA
NOTE :
Deleting User Is Very Critical Part Because If You Delete The User Without transferring The Data From That User To Other User It Will Led To Loss OF Your Records Froom Respective Module Which Can’t be Recover
While Assigning The Deleting User Data To Other User Make Sure You have Authorization From Your Respective Authority
When Deleting The User If You Found Some Table Name Which Is Not Opted Currently But In Past You Were Use Them Then Kindly Transfer Those Data As Well From That User

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PERMISSION FROM YOUR RESPCTIVE AUTHORITY TO DELETE USER OR TRANSFER THE DATA FROM THAT USER AND AFTER DOING THIS OPERATION KINDLY INFORM YOUR ADMIN OR RESPECTIVE AUTHORITY ABOUT THIS.
