Tasks template contains all the major block where you can configure the SMS and mailing content that should be sent to the respective and selected stakeholders when certain operations is performed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Annotation \u2013 1 <\/strong>The top image with button shows few elements like Search, New Template , Refresh and Column Selector (will describe later in the chapter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Search Text box is used to search a specify or similar users form the list below. When you start entering characters it will start searching within the Tasks Template Module.<\/li>
  2. Refresh Button is used to reload the Tasks Template Grid or Table so that the changes which are made to any user will be reflected on the grid.<\/li>
  3. Column Selector is used to select one or multiple columns from the range of columns. There are statically, only four columns which you can see in the image above. These columns wont change, unless, there is a specific need arises.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Annotation \u2013 2\u00a0<\/strong>Displays the list of Templates available in\u00a0Tasks Module. The same can be edited by clicking on the specific record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Mailing and Details and Templates<\/strong>\u00a0section will contain all the details for specifying the templates for numerous actions available across Tasks Module.
      • Sender<\/strong>\u00a0field will allow the user to set the Sender\u2019s name which should appear on Email.<\/li>
      • Subject<\/strong>\u00a0field will allow the user to set the Subject which will represent the Email body which will be added in the Email.<\/li>
      • Token<\/strong>\u00a0filed will allow the user to select the Tokens that are available for using, these tokens will be replaced to actual value by\u00a0Nafhaa<\/em>\u00a0Engine while sending the Email.<\/li>
      • Email Template<\/strong>\u00a0field will allow the user to add the Email content which can be formatted with the tools provided by the window. Make sure, you retain the tokens else,\u00a0Nafhaa<\/em>\u00a0Engines will not be able to replace with actual values.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Other Template fields<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        • Task Completion Email<\/strong> will allow the user to specify email content for Task Completion which will be sent when the Tasks are marked done.<\/li>
        • Closing Email Template<\/strong> will allow the user to specify email content for Task Closing which will be sent when the Task is marked as Closed.<\/li>
        • Task Transfer Email Template<\/strong> will allow the user to specify Task Transfer Email content when the task is transferred.<\/li>
        • Task Update Email Template<\/strong> will allow the user to specify the email content which will be sent to respective stakeholders when the task is updated.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • SMS Template<\/strong>\u00a0field is shown here, you can specify the similar tokens here too. They will be replaced by\u00a0Nafhaa<\/em>\u00a0Engine. Since it is SMS Template, it will auto split SMS into one or more SMS based on the length and it may affect your SMS Pack. Make sure you have proper SMS Pack enabled. The tokens shown above which are available and will be recognized by\u00a0Nafhaa<\/em>\u00a0Engine.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            These field will be used when the Tester updates the details in Tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Email ID\u2019s field will allow the user to add multiple email id which are comma separated and they will included in Tasks emails whenever an email is triggered.<\/li>
            • BCC Email ID\u2019s field will allow the user to add multiple Blind CC Email id which are comma separated and they will included in Purchase Order emails whenever an email is triggered.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              This section will allow the user to set-up the SMTP Configuration using which the Emails will be sent to respective stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Email Provider<\/strong> will allow the user to select the popular Email providers who\u2019s settings are available with Nafhaa<\/em> System.<\/li>
              • Host<\/strong> field will be auto-populated if you have selected from the drop-down and if you have providers other than the specified then you will have to specify on your own. Make sure, you have entered correct value as it is effect the mailing if not specified correctly.<\/li>
              • Port<\/strong> will be auto-populated if you have selected from the drop-down and if you have providers other than the specified then you will have to specify on your own. Make sure, you have entered correct value as it is effect the mailing if not specified correctly.<\/li>
              • Email ID\/Username<\/strong> should be added correctly by the user, else Nafhaa<\/em> system wont be able to sent emails from the portal.<\/li>
              • Email Password<\/strong> should be added correctly by the user, else Nafhaa<\/em> system wont be able to sent emails from the portal. As the SMTP server won\u2019t be able to Authorize the user.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
